I happened to be in Arizona visiting some family when I started having severe pain in one of my back molars. After trying to grit through the pain for a day, I realized something was wrong and decided to make an appointment at Premier Dentistry. I came into Dr. Kang's office for an exam and he was able to put me on his schedule that same day for a root canal. He was very thorough in his explanation of the cause of my tooth pain and with the procedure itself. Because my usual dentist visits are a source of extreme anxiety (bad childhood experiences), I appreciated that he took the time to help me ease my concerns and walk me through the root canal step by step. Dr. Kang and his staff did an excellent job and I felt no pain during the entire process (thank you friends for making me sweat a little thinking I would be in unimaginable agony). I was worried about paying for the exam and root canal at once as it was an unexpected emergency and expense, but Bill (who I think is the practice manager) was able to put me on a pretty reasonable and flexible payment plan. I am so extremely grateful to all the staff and the dentist for making this traumatic dental experience a genuinely pleasant and pain free one.
