I couldn't be happier. All communications were top knotch. My Yelp on line inquiry was answered within a few minutes with a returned call. The services and pricing were explained over the phone and an appointment was set up on that same call for less than 48 hours later.
Jeremy texted me to let me know he was on the way and when to expect him for our agreed to appointment time. He was within a few minutes of the appointment time. He was personable and immediately went to work. On short order I had my dryer vent pipe replaced and they system cleaned and working. He even was so kind as to show me how to maintain my vent to eliminate yearly service and 'push' it out to every 5 years.
Over all, I couldn't be happier. Every expectation was fulfilled or exceeded.
