I've been to Montreal several times to visit friends that live here. Thanks to Yelp, I discovered this Food Tour and the Mile End area. Even though I had driven to St-Viateur Bagels and been to the Rialto theatre for a show on previous trip, being on this tour gave a more cohesive experience of this lovely diverse neighborhood. Justin was our guide and he gave us an informed tour about the history of the area and insights into some of the stores. It made me appreciate it as I probably would have just walked past a bookstore or the record store. The food stops were good and helped pave the 3 1/2 walk. It's hard to get hot bagels in NYC but St -Viateur was churning them out and you can still see it being made the original way. The whole experience was lovely and charmed me with the delicious food and pretty neighborhood. This tour made this one of my favorite visits to Montreal.
