This was not the first time I've been here and normally their okay. Today after getting up 2 hours early (I'm night shift) for an appointment, I spent 50 minutes in their waiting room with no explanation or apologies from the front desk staff. They called back 3 other patients (seeing other doctors I assume) who got there after me. Finally I cancelled my appointment and left. I appreciate when doctors take the time to talk to you, but run your schedule better and respect your patient's time as well.
