I'm not the kind of person to complain but in this occasion I'm making an exception... Shopping for an area rug since we just got new wood flooring installed and decided to check out this place. When my boyfriend and I walked in no one greeted us. The guy was on the phone but didn't even acknowledge us there was another gentle men there too not sure if an employee or not but seem to be wearing matching shirt as guy on the phone and also no greet! Looked around for about 5-10 mins and still no assistance. Luckily we didn't find anything that we'd like because if we did we probably wouldn't have bought it due to the poor customer service.
