In general I love frys, however I won't be returning to this location. The cashier supervisor should be demoted she's either a racist or lacks customer service skills. I was in the store 40 minutes ago. I recently got a new keychain and forgot to transfer my VIP card. My card is linked to a very old number I couldn't remember and instead of offering to scan one of their VIP cards like I seen cashiers do in the pass for other customers she rudely said I would have to pay full price because I forgot my card.
