After going to their restaurant in Montreal 2 years ago, I knew I needed to go to their sugar shack. After getting my reservations (note that they are very hard to get and I was on a waitlist and got lucky), I planned my trip here. That's right, I only came to Montreal for this meal. And what a meal! I had read about the portions, but was still surprised at the amount of food. The waitstaff was great, and gave us a ton of take home containers. But the food, OMG the food!!! This theme is Italian based, based on Martin Picard's relationship with Elena Faita, his mentor. It was all amazing! So worth the trip, and reasonable considering the amount of food you get.
