If I could give this place negative stars I totally would!! I was in town for my wedding and was getting married at the Luxor. I had the best mommy to be massage at their spa! However, I had gone in to get my hair styled the next day for my wedding. I brought in a picture of what I wanted done and it wasn't even anything spectacular! It had a slight tease on top, curled and was half up. Her response was she couldn't do it because she didn't know how and she doesn't understand what she's looking at.... umm even I knew how to do it! I just didn't want to do my own hair on my wedding day. Anyway, my hair was half assed curled, my tease was lopsided looking front on and from the side and had maybe 3 bobbi pins in my hair trying to hold it in place (which it didn't because it fell out)!! It took her almost 2 hours! I was so fed up I just left with it like that because I had to get to my make up appointment at another location... the ladies their said they felt sorry for me because my hair was really jacked up. I had to go back to my hotel room and fix it myself... which I should have just done to begin with! It was a complete waste of time and money and stressed me out way more than I needed to be on my wedding day! The picture is of what I wanted. I don't have a picture of what my hair actually looked like unfortunately... I wish I did! And than how I fixed it... it wasn't anything really elaborate!
