Absolutely a disaster of a hotel from start to finish. My then fiance (now wife) and I booked a block of rooms that kept closing so guests couldn't book. We were also promised a shuttle to our venue that did not show up. Rooms were not ready. We had ants. We had a hornets nest outside our patio. Nothing was done for us and we booked them over 25 nights in their hotel. All we got was an apology. Luckily our wedding was offsite and perfect because this hotel was the worst experience we have had.
