If you are looking for "Carolina BBQ," you have to check this place out. Bill Spoon's is an institution for BBQ and by far the best in Charlotte. I have tried them all, and you can really taste the difference. The swine is mighty fine with a smokey, tender and juicy taste that is capped off with traditional Carolina sauce. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Check out any of the sides, they are all good. The Brunswick stew is elite.
On side from the excellent food, you can find what the South does best: hospitality and sweet tea. I love the warm atmosphere and home feeling. Check 'em out!
