I'm super, super new to all this and was frankly intimidated to go into a vape store. I saw that this place was nearby and well rated and chose to give it a go. I already had a Ego device and after telling Bird what wasn't working for me he made suggestions that made my device work better (basically just swapping out for a higher resistance coil, only costing me a few dollars). He absolutely could have attempted to sell me into a new device, and I probably would have gone for it. However, his honesty, openness and welcoming nature has won himself and his establishment a new customer. When I need juice or it's time to upgrade I will definitely be coming to see Bird first. Just a tip, the store is tucked into a corner and can be a little harder to find, especially when it's dark. The late closing time is also a gigantic plus in my book, as I get off work pretty late and that's the best time for me to run errands without having kids with me. Thank you, Bird! I'll be back soon!
