I had two experiences with this company. First one was a summertime service performed last year. That went fine. The more recent experience is less desirable. If you're trying unsuccessfully for about two weeks to contact them via phone due to an issue with the phone number, I did reach somebody. I scheduled an appointment but they called and canceled it due to a sick technician the day of the service. A new appointment was scheduled, but they never showed up. Repeated calls went and returned and now the phone number is disconnected. I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but it does not appear to be reliable at this time.
