I have been coming to this salon for over 6 months. After finding the right nail tech-so I thought, my nails were holding up pretty well for about 2 weeks.
My real distaste comes from the staff not holding an actual appointment and always asking for "25 minutes" as if I have nothing else to do, but drive over to their place with an appointment time, and then come back in another 25 minutes because out of pure greed, they took another appointment right before my scheduled time to get 2 out of 1 time spot.
The staff can be rude and talk about us patrons in their native language which I found out from a friend.
I am no longer going to patron this establishment. There are too many other places to go and since I work hard to earn my money, I choose to go to places that work hard to earn my loyalty and respect.
