Joann and her team have gone the extra mile for me every chance they have gotten. She is honest and ethical in the advice she gives and is there for you when you need it. When I bought a house and had a foundation leak just a short time later she felt so bad my policy didn't cover it that she twisted her husband's arm to do the work for me. He is a contractor who had better things to do I'm sure but she got him to do it in a very timely manner and at a much lower price than others quoted me. She came to my home to check on things personally on more than one occasion. She actually cares about her clients and that goes a long way with me. I would never consider spending 15 minutes to save 15% or whatever the current advertising slogans are for the competition. My car and home insurance is staying with Joann!
