And I will stand by my review. 1 star is all you get. Even less, if possibel, for bad customer service. I didn;t ask for a new tree every three days. And yes, let's get this straight. You should stand by your product. You should help your customers. Isn't that what a good business owner will do? I have been buying trees from there for the past 5 years and this is the 1st time it's happened. So, I watered it right for 4 years and now, I have forgotton how to water a tree? No. Instead of fighting it, you should admit that the tree MIGHT not have been fresh. I got my money back from the bank that did care about their customers. I am all for supporting small business owners, but you reply was very dissapointing. Thanks for ruining Christmas
