First the good....the nursing staff seemed very nice and attentive. The staff in ICU was great!
Now the bad...a relative was there for surgery and contracted a BAD staph infection and had to be re-hospitalized in ICU. Make sure everybody is sanitizing their hands!
The waiting room was horrible; packed to the max including one family with 8 or 9 kids. One of the kids had a chihuahua under his coat; could NOT believe it. The kids were lying on the floor in the hallway , in front of the elevator and in the waiting room,. Why allow all these small children JCL???
The snack area was way too small for a hospital this size and the entire place had that funky hospital smell.
