This place is fun! I've been here two times, and they were almost the exact experience. It is very clean, and we are greeted the moment we enter. After checking in, you will be asked to fill out a brief waiver on a pad, then invited to sit while we waited for our game to start. Both times we were then greeted by our Game Master, Charles/Dana, who offered us complimentary bottled water.
When our game was ready, we were escorted to our room and given brief instructions by our Game Master before they left the room and the game began. hour to solve. When they game is over (we lost once & one once), Charles/Dana greeted us again at the end of the game and escorted us to a different sitting area where we checked out and he took a formal team picture that he emailed shortly after we left.
I'll keep coming back here because the experience is A+.
