I recently had both Ralph and Corey over to install a Halo system and do a plumbing check. I was having problems in my basement. Ralph diagnosed a bad sump pump. He gave me a price, I decided to wait to see how the other work went, afterall this was an expensive repair. After getting to know Ralph and Corey, I felt comfortable letting them work on my sump pump. Ralph ordered the part, and scheduled the install for the next day. I needed to be at work, and could not open the place up. I gave Ralph a garage door code as well as my alarm code. That is how much I knew I could trust him. Owning a service business myself, I know how hard it is to find people that you can trust. Ralph is definitely one of those people. He got the job done as promised. I probably did pay a little more then I had to, but Ralph made it worth the extra expense. He understands the value of good quality customer service. The next morning we had no hot water. Ralph came right out and took care of the issue. We had some air in the lines that was preventing the entire house from getting hot water.
