Had my hair done by a super nice girl named Hannah. I received a great highlight treatment and a wonderful cut, I had to pay extra to have my hair blown dry because apparently they send you out wet even after a 100.00 service is preformed.
I couldn't return to work with wet hair after all so of course I paid for this service that should have been included, Hannah was very nice about it. I did notice that if you checked in on yelp you could receive 10% off your bill.
I didn't plan on having that little extra taken off.
The thing that did bother me was some lady telling me I couldn't use two coupons at the same time! What coupons? I didn't even have one let alone two? That seemed odd.
I have only been to these small salons a couple of times and this is what I have found, while service is good and staff polite they lack the small details that the more trendy salons have like blow drying your hair after a service , offering you a drink or magazine ect.
