I live in Tucson and I could easily just order luggage online, but the customer service here is above and beyond. The variety and quality they carry is also worth the visit in person. Give her a call and place the order. Most recently, UPS didn't deliver a package to us even though a signature wasn't require. Lisa called us right away, before we even noticed, as she knew we had trip around the corner. Now, that's customer service! My husband loves shopping online, but I personally prefer the in-store, in-person shopping experience. Lisa makes it totally worth it to shop at Bag n Baggage.
