We are regulars at the zoo recently ever since my daughter started screaming 'let's see the animals!' on a frequent basis. So...I really like our zoo. It's a very nice, well laid out zoo for its size. I kind of love-hate the zoo....I always feel a little bad seeing the animals in captivity - but I'm regularly reminded most of them are for a reason. The park next door is lovely and brings back major feelings of nostalgia and you can easily see all there is to see in the zoo in an hour. I would say the biggest obstacle at this zoo is parking! It's a well loved zoo. We've gotten pretty good at tackling this issue, such as visiting zuzu for some AWESOME food before the zoo is open, and then making our merry way in! You can make a short trip of the zoo or make a whole day of it!
