Their staff here is awesome! They totally know this menu down pat. So much so your mouth is watering before you order your meal. We did the fat choy burger (with the egg of coarse) and the duck something. The duck meat was as tender as I have had in a very long time. The skin however is not served crispy and they ran out of their signature scallion and ginger sauce to top off the meal. And as for the burger it was huge! I think it has short rib meat, angus beef, bacon and we had to add the egg!! Their fries are also yummy. So all in all glad we went. And they were busy! I would just say order their pork products. They seem to be their specialty.
