My wife and I were interested a vehicle other than a Ford. Jake was our sales person who worked good deal. Then we were passed from Jake to Dave from Cleveland. Both did OK. I did not like getting passed but Dave was very nice too. My wife and I found several things wrong with the car that we assumed would have been found during the "Used Car Inspection" which we were told was preformed. AutoNation fixed all of what we found before we signed the purchase agreement.
We found a couple other things wrong on our used car which took some talking to also get those things fixed. We departed about 4 to 5 hours later with a great used car. Dave bought us lunch too. Nice... We did elect to do our own repairs with part AutoNation bought. We pick them up for our self repair we elected to do. Jim in service was very helpful too.
