This place was horrible. Everything was bad. The drinks are okay. We got a groupon which would give us two drinks and their two most expensive desserts. I don't know who told them they could sell a slice of toast and "ice cream" (frozen dessert, no dairy in that thing whatsoever, and everyone could taste it) for 8.50. There are some nice HK style french toasts out there, and they are never eight bucks. They give you like one strawberry cut into very tiny slices, probably hoping that you won't notice. The waffle, which is also 8.50 tastes like it is made out of sponge cake mix and it's disgusting. This is also topped with "ice cream" and one strawberry sliced thinly. They also forgot about our order altogether (the guy didn't write it down on a pad or anything), and when we reminded them they got it to us 20 minutes after our horrible desserts came and the order was wrong and there was tapioca in neither of them, even though we ordered it. The mango slush used the wrong mango. This might not mean a lot to everyone, but there is a right mango to use for the slush and that is the sweet yellow mango or the small sweet, green Guyana mangoes. They used the big green-red mangoes that usually have very little flavour and are usually sour. It was not pleasant tasting at all. They're running this establishment, they should know which ingredients to use. You don't just put in an ingredient and say "Close enough." But that's the story with this place. CLOSE ENOUGH is all they do. They just care about making a buck and don't put effort into ANYTHING that they put out. Living in Markham I had never been to a bad bubble tea shop until today. I recommend you keep walking if you come by this place.
