Exemplary service, we made a mistake with our booking, didn't realize the tour we had would be an all day travel until we were actually on the bus. We had shows booked for the night so we wouldn't be able to make it, when we got off the bus to explain to the driver they actually moved us to a Hoover Dam tour that would be back in shorter time. The energy of everyone working there was positive and it felt like they really cared for our experience. Willie, the bus driver, was fantastic. Careful and patient driver, very punctual, interacted with us and made the long trip feel very short, he also took us to a couple of incredible tourist stops such as a stop overlooking all of lake mead, and gave us time to take pictures. He also let us democratically choose whether we got to take pictures at the memorial bridge or go to the Hoover dam for the tours first. Overall excellent service and we were extremely happy with our experience.
