We decided to stay in downtown Vegas this time and chose the Golden Nugget. GREAT decision! Stayed in the newer Rush Tower which has its own check-in desk which was super convenient. Parking lot fills up quickly which was my only complaint. Room was AMAZING! Fresh decor, great amenities. Bed and pillows were perfect. My God, the pillows made it hard to want to get out of bed. Loved the bathroom. Separate toilet closet, dual sinks, rain style shower head, robes and slippers. We loved the downtown vibe.
I think the Golden Nugget will be our first choice in hotels from now on.
