Bad Experience/ Not recommended!
Me and my friends checked in early around 11:30am, this lady in the front desk name Marilyn
Assisted us so badly. She's not supposedly in the front desk, poor customer service, she's not even smiling! Here's what happened!
We asked her if we can get a same floor she said there's 1 available in 17th floor but the 2 rooms still cleaning them. She got our phone no to be called if those rooms are ready to move in.. 2pm my friend called a follow up but they said it's not ready yet! After an hour we went down to follow up but still not ready. we've waited again like almost 3 hours and went down again to the front desk and asked why until now our room is not ready yet! They said there's no more available in that floor where my other friend were checked in! What the hell! we drove for ten hrs and waited for so long to get our room ready and that's what we get! This is the WORST hotel so far I've ever encountered! Poor customer service!
That's almost 5pm and our checked in time is 3pm. Also Slippers and Robes are included but there's none in the room!
