Oh Gucci and your customer service. You'll never let me buy anything from Fendi or Prada (my last two attempts have been thwarted by Gucci and your fabulous personnel). They are ALWAYS fantastic, never pushy and don't make you feel like you shouldn't be there (Fendi did this to me three times, even though I was set on a bag, I can't stomach being treated like dirt, and I must be wearing a cloak of invisibility in Prada). We were about to buy my bag last night, but decided to go to dinner first and then come back. Food coma got the best of us, so I was worried Joseph wouldn't be there today, but luckily, he was. (Ask for "the good looking" Joseph) A few minutes after we walked out, my mom and I outlined her options (Bulgari purse but price didn't seem worth the look, Fendi that she first wanted but today no one said a word to us when we walked in, or a Gucci one similar to mine, but she didn't want to more Gucci for now). Well, a whole 90 seconds or so into our discussion, we walked back in, laughed at Joseph, and walked out with our second purchase. I will continue to be a repeat customer, I don't think I could purchase a Gucci anywhere else now. Don't forget, look for "the good looking" Joseph!
