Came in here because I saw some new ice cream dessert cups. It was my birthday and I wanted to get something special. It wasn't busy, several staff were working. I go in and I wait. One staff was on the phone with her back towards me, while one of the owners was busy talking to two other staff. I looked at the menu, and my phone went off (the girl on the phone looked at me) but no acknowledgement on her part. I decided I was going to take my money somewhere else... Strike 2 on the second visit.
