If you think that Summerhill is a corner store, then you're in for a shock. It's a luxury food store- along the same lines as pusateri's, not Pete's Convenience Mark.
I'm not sure whether the expensive regular groceries will sell as well at this location as their flagship store in the heart of Rosedale, but the prepared foods are good value for excellent quality. If you break down the prepared food prices they're not out of line with 5$ frozen meals, but they're made in a professional kitchen. For instance, I love the shrimp paparadelle. It's garlicky and delicious. At 14.99$, it gives me a good 4-5 meals. Not bad.
The best is the 50% off deals on prepared foods the night before they expires. If you go close to when the store closes, there's usually lots to choose from.
