Sense I was in kindegarden my father sends me flowers twice a year ,no matter where he is ,this is our thing .I love flowers but more importantly it's a thing he loves to send me .
He has used enchated florist for years now .He has been a very loyal customer,But I think he should take his business else where! This florist could not even be bothered to bring the flowers to my department at work they just left at the Bell desk of the huge casino that I work for. My father stated where in the casino they should have went and the delivery person couldn't be bothered! Because of this I didn't get my flower until the day after Valentine's Day ,which was upsetting to my father. If you spent a $130 on flowers they should delivered correctly with validation that they were going to get to the right person . Very disappointing service
