How is it possible that a Starbucks receives two stars? They frequently run out of items (almond milk), are poorly managed, have an inability to deal with longer lines, and are understaffed. It's clean and the employees are friendly, but really, come on. The profit margin is insanely high and it's a reasonable expectation that it will be well managed.
