Great Service!! And very knowledgeable! Needed a new, updated stereo for our boat. After going to a very reputable "big box" store and being told it would be 2 1/2 weeks before any of their locations could change out our system I called Audio Express. Talked to Vince over the phone who was very helpful and said they could get us scheduled in 4 days - much better! However as we continued our conversation he checked the powers that be and was able to get us in in 2 days. Yay. We went to the location to pick out the system and met Reggie (the owner) who was very helpful and very knowledgeable! They changed it out, tuned it up, taught us how to use it and we are on our way!!!! Didn't get everyone's names but from the front to the back the entire staff was friendly and helpful! Thanks guys. We will definitely recommend you to family and friends.
