I really loved and appreciated that when they asked what I wanted to them to focus on during the massage, they actually focused on that area! Many places will ask that same question but still give an overall full body massage. Not this place! If you ask them to work on a particular area, that's what they will focus a majority of the time on. They still hit the rest of the body during the allotted time, but it is clear that they want you walking away with your initial complaint of soreness, stress, tightness lifted away. They did a phenomenal job. Liz and Maria were fantastic and extremely attentive. They also made sure to provide any additional information that we could use after the massage to help keep the tight areas from returning (how much water to drink, stretches to do, etc). These were some of the best massages I've ever had.
