I had an excellent experience after getting referred by an ED to see Dr. Hines. The office ambiance is peaceful and calming; so appreciated. I found the entire process from check in to completion of appointment to be efficient and compassionate. The fact that they see patients as early as 7:00 and have lab personnel on site to draw labs made things even more streamlined. I only needed to see him twice but both times I was in and out quickly and felt all issues were thoroughly addressed. All in all I would highly endorse.
