I do not know how anyone can give this place 5 stars. Average massages. I never had an above average massage. I do not like the pushy sales tactics. The front desk always seems new and does not know what is going on or how to book an appointment in a timely fashion. BUT what really upsets me is when I cancelled my membership they billed me for another massage. They said I had the credit and could still use it. They did NOT tell me I only had 60 days to use the credit. Of course, this is my fault because it is written somewhere deep in the contract. I was 30 days over the 60 day time-frame. All they said was "do you want to book the massage or not". I asked if they would work with me so my money doesn't go to waste. Nope. If you want to be stuck in a contract, get mediocre massages and receive poor customer service, by all means go to Massage Envy.
