I went to the Bay Centre yesterday to fill a prescription. I knew that they had to look it over so I made my appointment and waited...and waited..and waited. There were several people ahead of me and it was near the end of the day (an hour before closing). So as tired as I was, I stayed. She looked over the prescription, took my blood pressure and I went to the clinic to get it filled. All in all, the process took 15 minutes. Now if only they can work on the waiting situation. For a simple prescription verification, I shouldn't have to wait so long. I waited for around 50 min. I understand there were people in front of me, but prescriptions should be separate from appointments, especially when the process doesn't take that long. Still, they have the cheapest prices on birth control that I know of so I'm going to keep going back.
