If I could give them a zero star, I would. Do not take your car here to get serviced. I took my car in because the air conditioner was not blowing cold air. I drove from North Las Vegas to Henderson and still no cold air. I dropped it off on Friday and they said it might not be until Monday until they could look at it. No problem. They called me on Monday and said the air was working fine, they diagnosed it and they couldn't find any problems. Whatever. When I picked up the car they sent me to the cashier. I had to pay $129.95 for them to "diagnose" my air conditioner even though it is under warranty. They told me it was covered under warranty when I dropped it off and NEVER mentioned that I would have to pay the $130 if they couldn't find something wrong with it. Oh but if something was wrong with it then it would be covered. What kind of BS is that. I'm not a mechanic, that's why I brought it in. Now they are saying there's going to be charge to tell you there is nothing wrong with your car. Scam, scam. Do not take you car here.
