I would like to give zero stars but wasn't sure if that was an option. What happened to this Chipotle? It used to be a place that moved people through the line, had pleasant staff & efficient workers, even at their busiest times. My husband and I came in tonight at 5 o'clock. There is only four people in line in front of us, yet it took us 20 minutes to get up to the counter. Not sure what was going on with the employees but lots of standing around, not meeting any customers gazes. There was apparently a wait for chicken, but nothing was communicated to the line that was rapidly forming behind us. When it was finally our turn, the employee ask but my order was, and when I told her what I wanted, she pulled off a 'to go' order, and without anything said to me she started making three orders from it. As I was staring at her incredulously, she pulled another 'to go' order with five orders on it! It was then that we decided to cut our loses & go to Hot Heads around the corner. That & the fact that the four other front line employees were standing around, one wiping her gloved hands all over the dirty countertop. Totally unacceptable customer service! We will never go back here!
