What A Joke!!!!!!! Dishonest and clumsy.
I called them via Old Republic for a leaky water heater.
As planned, they came over. Took a look at my water heater and it was mutally agreed that my out of pocket expenses would be like $60 for the trade call fee and $235 for the modification not covered by orhp.
No problem. We all agreed to the price and an installation date was given to me which was not met either.
When the install tech showed up. Not only he was rude as hell, he also wanted $60 more than the original price. I objected to paying more since they has already looked at my situation. The tech was rude and obnoxious. He said he is not asking me, he is telling me.
Do yourself a favor and don't trust these scam artists.
