Wow where do I begin! Our son was driving back to school across the country by himself when his brakes failed. While he was being towed I decided to go on yelp for some mechanic reviews in the area. Our first call was to Wilhelm because it had all 5 star reviews. My husband spoke to Kent explaining the situation and Kent was very kind, understanding and willing to help out our son. When the truck arrived at shop it was closing time so they put truck in bay for the night and Kent personally drove our boy to a Marriott (which he called first to check availability and rates). How's that for off the charts customer service. The next morning they got right on diagnosing the problem and repairing it so out son could continue on his way. Price for repair was reasonable too. Wish there were more businesses like this, our country would be a much better place.
