If there was a selection for zero stars this rental car agency would get it. Once we arrived at the airport, we had to wait in line for over an hour just to speak to the agent. While in line I watched numerous families leave upset because the car they rented wasn't available. When I finally made it to the counter I was met by the most disgruntled agent I have ever encountered. Thankfully they had a car for us. When we finally made it to the car, it was a complete wreck. The inside looked like someone was living in it. I was hesitant to change cars because they obviously didn't have very many. When we returned the car I asked the attendant if I could pay with a different card, he rolled his eyes and no we can't do that. Overall this is by far the worst rental car company. I will never use them again and I would never recommend anyone to rent from them.
