Been here many times. There's always something not quite right with the service, unfortunately. Recently visited with spouse, for an occasion, to try the Oktoberfest menu. The dinners were delicious yet one wasn't warm enough. Our server (name withheld) was friendly. Our dinners arrived quickly, but we didn't have silverware from the start. The (different) server delivering the meals didn't seem to notice silverware was amiss. Our apps never arrived and we didn't receive bread. It's just the simple details with service this place can't quite get right, given the apparent atmosphere the place is trying to deliver. Maybe it's always understaffed or the servers are overworked. Not sure. I'd visit much more often, if I knew the experience would be positively consistent.
