In addition to calling corporate I figured I would write a yelp review about the service and management at Macy's shoe department... first of all my sister and I were not greeted, which is standard for all department stores, I know, I've worked in them. Second, my sister and I approached someone who we assumed was a sales associate... but she quickly corrected us that she was a manager not a sales associate with a very demeaning tone, then walked off in haste to send someone our way... the fact that Mary, the manager/associate wouldn't help us or even answer a question is unacceptable in any place of business.
