I am a current resident but can't wait until my lease is up. The leasing office is very unprofessional. The staff needs a training on how to communicate with their tenants. I received a phone call from the leasing office stating that they received a noise complaint on me. I told the lady that that could not have possible been my apartment because at the time the complaint allegedly happened I was out of town and as we were talking on the phone my flight had just landed. I assured her that it was not me. Then she proceeded to ask me questions as to who has access to my apartment and they didn't know I was out out town. First of all, I don't know I had to have permission or inform them I was out of town. Secondly, I repeatedly told her that I was the only one that had access to my apartment. Then she implied that if I bring in a copy of my travel that would suffice before they could make a final determination. I have never been so insulted. Nevertheless, I received a phone call on today and I have yet to know the final outcome of the complaint. I was told that the conversation would go in my file. I will be following-up.
