Upon reading the other reviews on here, I thought this place was going to be a disaster. Nonetheless, I went to my appointment today with an open mind to see what it was really like. These people are FANTASTIC at what they do! For affordable healthcare, this goes above my expectations. Everyone was extremely professional; the 3 women at the front desk were SUPER helpful (I had some concerns about privacy and they went above and beyond to ensure me that I was safe, even doing research an hour after we spoke). The waiting room did take a while, but thats nothing I didn't expect. They even have Samsung tablets to help you pass the time. The doctor that I met with was extremely helpful and professional and really wanted to make sure that I voiced every concern before we even proceeded with anything. She also walked me through absolutely everything we would be doing. I love that even though its more of a public place in comparison to going to your family doctor, the doctor here treated me as if I was her only patient and did not even downplay my concerns for a second. They probably see 100 people a day but during your appointment, you have their undivided attention.
Overall, this place is worth a visit. I left there feeling so confident and secure and I 100% will be coming back.
