Paid for the most recommended wash/interior vacuum/clean. Not impressed. Lots of visible dirt left over. Cup holders weren't even wiped out. Lots of dirt left on the window frames that could have very easily been wiped away. After taking my SUV here, I still had to spend an additional 20 minutes wiping down here and there. I didn't expect a full detail, but seriously it took me less than a second to see that I didn't get what I paid for. I think your employees need a lot of additional attention to detail training. It's the little things that count people. Also, I was assured that Mister Car Wash would do a much better job than Mermaid! What a joke. I'm pissed at the horrible service I received. The attendant who assured me you were better tried to convince me to buy the car wash package where I could come anytime I wanted. I told her I would see how my car looked when done and then make my decision. This is exactly why I won't be paying for a monthly package.
