I needed to repair a chimney flashing on my roof as a result of a home buyers inspection. Renco was the only company who replied to my request for a quote here on Yelp, and were able to send someone out the next day. Keith spent a few minutes looking at the issue and promptly told me it could be done much more cheaply by a handyman or even ourselves with a $20 part. Considering his minimum to do the work would be $500, this was huge! He didn't have to tell me that- so I am grateful for his honesty.
