My husband and I have a home on 3 wooded acres in Huntersville NC. We contacted a few contractors and my husband was very specific in what he wanted, which included a basement. None of the contractors entertained the idea, seeing a basement would be a lot of work. Chris Gresham was recommended to us and he came out and was honest and stated a basement wouldn't add much value (which the appraisal confirmed), but my husband was adamant about having one. Chris agreed to work with us. He did most of the work and even when I would stop by on the weekends, he would be there. It took about 8 months, but a lot of the delays had to do with banking and county permit issues. He added a basement, new living room, new kitchen, master bath and master bedroom. It surpassed our expectations and per my husband was "exactly how he envisioned it." Chris went above and beyond dealing with the bank too. He often had many good ideas for design, as I wasn't too particular never really having nice stuff before. I would highly recommend Chris. He has a good work ethic takes pride in his work. Our beautiful remodeled home is proof.
