I'm glad that our lease is over cause this place of business is just atrocious.. I was just charged $600 cleaning fee for the most ridiculous things.
I left the paint as it was when we moved out because I was told that some companies charge an obscene amount even just for a minor touch up, and this place is one of them. It was ok'd during signing to hang stuff up on the wall and to drill for curtain rods and such.. Nope was charged for that.
We had the intention of signing another year or so lease with them. The only thing that really "broke the camel's back" was when they weren't gonna tell us that the house needed to be re-piped. If it wasn't for the state sending out a letter regarding the re-piping litigation, we wouldn't have had any idea about it. Of course Aiko knew about it. But what we got from her was "I meant to tell you sooner.." Really?!
I'm sure if I keep going with the negative feedback, I wouldn't have anymore space.. But just know that if you sign with this shit company you will be fucked over one way or another!
